the time is now.

There's a sort of danger in getting too excited too fast and I don't mean to be the instigator of that dangerous premature excitement process so just as a warning. Don't get excited.

Two days ago marked the two week countdown for the Thanksgiving celebration. And three days ago marked the two week countdown for Thanksgiving break. Reminder: don't get excited. I'm just spreading the word so that people have enough time to adequately prepare themselves. I'm not talking about doubling the amount of days you go to the gym. (for me: 2x0 is still 0). I'm talking about preparing your stomach for the intake of food you will consume.

I suggest starting now, don't procrastinate because it will only hurt you in the long run. Start by eating much more than you generally do and then slowly increasing the amount so on Thanksgiving day you don't even feel the need to slow down or pause to talk to your denture-mouthed relatives you can just do what you've come for: face stuffing and belly growing.

Also, invest in a pair of pants two sizes to big and a flowy shirt. You'll be thankful you have them.
