I wanted to shout it to the world-but I did the next best thing, I
posted a Facebook status, which I rarely do. Now believe me, I tried not
to post about this, but it seems to be the only thing on my mind since
Saturday morning. I'm talking about the new service age requirements for
missionaries.
I have always wanted to go and I've never been so excited.
It was the first General Conference I hadn't watched with my family because I was at Shakespeare Festival with my fellow choir members. It was exciting to receive the news with a bunch of teenagers, most of whom were planning on going on missions.
I am so thrilled that the work of the Lord is spreading and so many more people throughout the world will get to receive the joy of the gospel. I feel so blessed to have the knowledge of Christ in my life and can't wait for the glory of the church to touch the lives of others.
I had lots of questions, so perhaps you did too. Here's a press conference they gave about the issue. It helped me quite a lot, so I'll share it here.
