**Ignore the braces, this is an old picture.**
I've got a friend that whenever we hang out I might as well just call it a family reunion. We're siblings, unofficially. We know what makes eachother tick. We let the other person know when they have a booger on their nose. And we laugh ourselves to tears on a daily basis.
She's my best friend because she gets it. I’m not sure what "it" is exactly (that's all so vague) but whatever it is, she has it. She's my best friend because we don't necessarilly need to have a mutual love of sports, music or movies to keep us together and we never have to talk about the weather to have a conversation; to say the least, we're way past small chat. We're best friends because she makes me do homework when I'd prefer to be playing and I make her play when she'd prefer to be doing homework.(And also, we're probably best friends because since we were small children our parents started planning our playdates.)
