I understand it's summertime and therefore we, as teenagers, are supposed to be partying it up and YOLO-ing (can that phrase be used as a verb?) but I confess, I've done minimal partying and a tan line is nearly nonexistent.
If I had to state the moment when I think my social life really took a dramatic turn I would say it was the moment I switched my radio channel of choice to 1160. Doug Wright has taught me so much.
The first week of my summer has not been squandered, however. I have started and finished some very interesting books. Namely; To Kill a Mockingbird, The Great Gatsby and Home. They are all classics for a reason, so incredible.
Next time I go to the library however, I'll go straight to the Left Wing where hopefully I'll find a "Partying for Dummies" book. Heaven knows I need it.
